of social input and the influence of interpretations on social
interaction. Designed to aid the student in understanding how
the thoughts, feelings, and behavior of individuals are influenced
by the actual, imagined, or implied presence of others.

An overview of the special circumstances
confronted by health care professionals when dealing with patients,
families, friends, and others. The course will cover information
